SUGGESTED USE

We advise that you mix 1-2 scoops with 300ml of cold water or beverage of your choice. For optimum performance and desired effects take this product daily, pre workout. To maximise effects of this product please drink at least 3 litre of water a day and an additional 400-500ml after consuming the product. Always start with 1 scoop to assess tolerance.

This product contains caffeine and should not be taken by individuals wishing to eliminate this ingredient from their diet. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery.
